- Oxandrolone was my number 1 choice because oxandrolone is also called the safest oral anabolic steroid. My goal was to gain quality muscle mass with minimal side effects and fat. This steroid was powerful and I am extremely satisfied with it.

- I took it twice a day, half live is 10 hours, first in the morning at 6:00 am and then at 4:00 pm and I tried to eat as much protein as possible.

- I used it for a long time, even 6 months, and I am satisfied that it did not shrink my testicles or suppress my own testosterone.
- Did you stack it with other compounds?
- Yes, for the last two months I have been using it with testosterone cypionate and its effectiveness was even greater.

- As for the benefit before training, after about two weeks, but after a month, the exercise was completely different, especially in terms of endurance, after 2 months I was able to do, for example: natural barbell exercise 12x with my own weight, after 2 months of oxandrolone 28x, for me the difference is obvious :)
