- What was your goal when starting this product?
- My goal was to improve body composition, increase strength, and add lean muscle mass while maintaining a relatively dry and aesthetic physique.
- How did you use this product?
- g per day, split into two doses, while following a structured training program consisting of five weight-training sessions per week, 10,000 steps per day, and a high-protein diet.
- Total duration of use
- 8 weeks
- Did you stack it with other compounds?
- No. I used Myostine on its own because I wanted to evaluate its effects independently.
Results & effectiveness
- What changes did you notice while using this product?
- I noticed moderate improvements in strength and muscle hardness after the first few weeks. My physique looked slightly denser and leaner, and recovery was somewhat improved. However, the overall results were less dramatic than I initially expected based on the reputation of YK-11.
While the changes were noticeable, they were not significantly better than what I have experienced with some other SARMs. The gains felt relatively modest considering the level of suppression associated with the compound.

- The first effects became noticeable after approximately 2 to 3 weeks, with most of the progress occurring during the second half of the cycle.

- The results were somewhat below my expectations. I did gain some strength and improved my body composition, but I expected more pronounced muscle growth and physique changes. From my experience, the injectable version appears to be significantly more effective based on comparisons with other users and logs I have followed.
