- Unmatched for cosmetic dryness, vascularity, and raw strength spikes at the tail end of a cut. Added strength to all my compound lifts while in a severe deficit. The trade-off is joint dryness, by week 3 your elbows and knees feel like sandpaper if you aren't running something for joint lubrication alongside it, and HDL takes a beating. Great finisher for 3 weeks max.

- The most noticeable effects were increased muscle hardness, improved vascularity, and a drier overall appearance. I looked noticeably leaner by the end of the cycle despite only a small change in body weight.
Strength also increased slightly, particularly on upper-body movements. My physique appeared more defined, especially in the shoulders, arms, and chest.

- I began noticing changes after about 10 to 14 days, with the visual improvements becoming more apparent around the third and fourth week.

- The results generally met my expectations. The cosmetic improvements were impressive, although the strength and muscle-building effects were more moderate than I initially anticipated.
