I am having both of the issues even on TRT. It is stupidly difficult to donate blood where I am in now, so I gave up on that after several failed attempts. I take natto, dark garlic extract, 6g of omega 3, it helps but I would rather to donate blood, also taking 20mg of telmi if I feel BP goes...
