Cycle Overview
Started the cycle in February and currently still running it. The main goals were improving overall well-being, recovery, gym performance, strength, energy levels, and reducing brain fog while improving body composition.Over the course of the last three months, my weight increased from 117kg to around 122kg, but visually my physique improved noticeably. I became leaner while gaining muscle mass at the same time, and overall strength and gym performance improved consistently throughout the cycle.
PED Protocol
Current Protocol
- Testos/Testosterone Enanthate — 500mg weekly
- Pinning frequency — every 2 days
Ancillaries
- Anastrozole — 0.25mg weekly
Total Duration
- Currently around 3 months into the cycle
Training & Nutrition
Training has mainly been focused around high intensity workouts with progressive overload and staying consistent. High intensity training worked extremely well for me throughout this cycle, especially for strength, recovery, and body recomposition.Diet has been mostly clean and structured with a strong focus on:
- high protein intake
- hydration
- recovery
- sleep quality
- consistency
Results & Experience
The first noticeable effects started within the first couple of weeks:- increased energy
- improved mood
- higher libido
- more motivation and focus
- brain fog started disappearing
- better recovery
- increased strength
- improved endurance during training
- stronger pumps
- easier to maintain high intensity workouts
At around the 3 month mark, I honestly felt really, really good overall. Recovery, confidence, gym performance, focus, libido, and overall well-being were all noticeably better compared to before starting the cycle.
Side Effects / Bloodwork
So far side effects have been minimal:- slightly elevated hematocrit
- minimal PIP (post injection pain)
Bloodwork has looked good overall considering the dosage, and pinning every two days helped keep everything feeling stable and smooth throughout the cycle.
What I’d Improve Next Time I start a cycle
I’d probably start cardio earlier and stay even more consistent with hydration and blood pressure monitoring from the beginning of the cycle.Will continue updating this log as the cycle progresses.
