1. Starting Stats
- Age : 25- Height : 170 cm
- Current weight (before cycle) : 70 kg
- Goal of the cycle : Lean Bulk / Recomposition
2. PEDs Protocol
Total duration : 20 - 24 weeks + Cruise
Weeks 1 - 12
- Testosterone Enanthate : 400 mg/Week
- Boldenone Undecylenate : 400 mg/Week
- Nandrolone Decanoate : 200 mg/Week
- Turinabol : 40 mg/day (20 mg in the morning, 20 mg pre-workout), stop after week 8
Weeks 12 - 20/24
- Testosterone Enanthate : 600 mg/Week
- Boldenone Undecylenate : 600 mg/Week
- Nandrolone Decanoate : 300 mg/Week
Weeks 20/24 - ? (duration based on bloodwork results)
Testosterone Enanthate : 125 mg/Week
On hand (for management of side effects) :
- Anastrozole if high E2
- Cabergoline if high prolactin
- Tamoxifen Citrate
For this cycle, I chose to maintain moderate dosages for the first 12 weeks, then increase the doses slightly in the latter part in order to maximize gains while maintaining control of side effects. Deca will mainly serve as support for my joints, I had a lot of joint problems during my first cycle due to my rapid mass gain.
3. Training & Nutrition
Training :
- 5x/week (Push / Pull / Legs + Upper / Lower)
- Incline walk post-training every other day (30 min: incline 12 / 5 km/h)
Nutrition :
- Total Calories: ~3000 kcal/day
- Carbs: 400–450 g
- Protein: 160 g
- Fat: 70 g
Supplements :
- Creatine
- Whey Protein
- TUDCA
- Fish Oil
- Magnesium
- Zinc
4. Progress & Notes
Cycle start planned for September, allowing time for any final adjustments.Progress will be logged every 3 weeks at minimum.
Starting point: 70 kg, aiming for lean muscle gain.
