Hi everyone,

I am a 36-year-old male, personal trainer (190 cm, 97 kg, ~10% body fat). On June 30, I underwent a multi-level ACDF (Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion) surgery for C3-C6.

The damage: The spinal cord was already structurally damaged at the C3 level and severely compressed at C5. As a result of the nerve damage, I currently have paralysis on my left side affecting the rhomboid muscles, a dropped trapezius, and a winged/rotated scapula (scapula alata). They fused 4 vertebrae into one solid block using a titanium plate and screws.

I am currently on day 4 post-op, restricted to a hard cervical collar, and taking daily Clexane (enoxaparin) injections to prevent blood clots.

My current recovery stack:
  • Nutrition: High protein (~150g/day, mostly liquid/soft food)
  • Supplements: Collagen (10g) + Glycine (3g) + MSM (2g), Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 (MK-7), Magnesium Bisglycinate, Zinc, NAC, TUDCA, Lion's Mane, and Telmisartan (20mg for BP control).
  • Gear on hand (currently paused): I have access to HGH, all Testosterone esters, BPC-157, and TB-500. I am currently holding off on HGH to avoid airway swelling, and avoiding Test to prevent high hematocrit/clotting while on Clexane.
My questions:
  1. Bone Fusion: Does anyone have direct experience using BPC-157 or TB-500 specifically after a spinal fusion? Did it speed up the soft tissue/esophagus healing, and more importantly, did it interfere with the actual bone fusion (osteogenesis)?
  2. Nerve Repair: Given the paralyzed rhomboids and dropped trapezius, what are the most aggressive protocols to stimulate nerve regeneration and fix the scapular winging?
  3. Are there any other specific supplements or physical therapies (e.g., PEMF, hyperbaric oxygen) that you can recommend to strictly accelerate bone fusion and spinal cord recovery?
Looking for science-based protocols or direct personal experiences. Thanks.
