i found for myself alot of spices,vegetables and sauces and such stuff made stuff even harder i believe its all the "sups"/roids and food we consume and the gut gets inflamated and unbalanced its hard to balance this things i personaly am realy limited what i can eat to feel good and dont have acid reflux and inflamations... even pills i got that suppose to help for gut health and acid didnt fix the problem untill i looked around the food, even timin of food,water can also be harsh if consumed too much id say it stress the gut when food consumed and such i also personaly avoid lactose and milk products also i avoid alot "thick food (slimy like) because that makes my gut and acid worse"....
Spacing out meals and keeping a food diary are excellent, gentle steps toward restoring long-term digestive harmony
