What's good people?
I'm feeling great, today I hit chest, cut is going well and I'm slowly adjusting the calories to not starve myself, waist is going down veins are popping and I'm happy with it

At the end of my first clen cycle, went really well, no side effects except some accelerated heart rate (very mild) no cramps or shakings, I tolerated it very well, now going down with dosing, I'm also considering to stop Retatrutide since I don't really need it now that I'm at the mid phase of my cut program, I will only take test+tren+cardarine and pre workout 5/7 days, also adding fasted cardio was the best choice I have ever made (yes I stopped doing it for a while and I noticed a worsening of my condition).
I will consider taking anavaros pre workout if needed or winstrolad but for now I'll keep it basic.

cut is going great, today i hit hamstrings and glutes and had one of the best pumps of my gym career, those compounds are doing their job and i'm reaching my peak thanks to them

Back&bis today, pump was awesome, cut is not stalling and I've removed reta from the cycle (I'll be using it later in the cut when I'm more in need of it), going down with test due to water retention and upping the tren, also limiting stimulants pre workout is best choice for blood flow

What's up community, hope y'all been doing well at the gym
I Have some updates for you, I'll list them down below:
-I started doing 5x injections a week splitting the dose in a more sustainable way to manage side effects but dosages remain the same as the first page
-Cutting calories are not too low to keep as much muscle and maybe even build some, I'm currently at 3000 calories which puts me in a manageable 600 calorie deficit
-I'm doing fasted cardio EVERY morning at least 30 mins on the treadmill, this paired with cardarine is what is taking my physique to the next level

Those workouts are going amazing, feeling strong and tight at the same moment is really a unique feeling, also by doing daily injections I feel the compounds a lot smoother and finally I can sleep no problem.

Feeling great and full is the best thing on this cycle, i've reduced AI use and i've increased injection frequency ( i now pin everyday for better sides management) and from what my physique is looking like i can tell it definitely changed a lot, better estrogen control,less mood swings, better pumps, laser focus without caffeine and exotic stimulants, the only thing is i cannot really stick to a diet, it is really hard for me to eat clen using tren and this might be my sign i have to stop taking it (it's also the 12th week so i would have had to stop anyways)
