Training
High-volume hybrid between hypertrophy and strength training.
5 sessions per week
Main lifts tracked: bench press, squat, deadlift.
Progressive overload approach, using RIR 1–2 for compound lifts.

Clean bulk with whole-food focus.

- Protein: ~290–300 g

 - Fats: ~150 g
Meals built around chicken, rice, beef, oats, protein shakes, and nuts (mostly cashews).
Minimal junk food, consistent hydration and micronutrient intake.
