Current stack (E2D injections):
(Before this cycle: ran Test + Drosta for a while after cruising, then added NPP about 2 weeks ago.)

Starting Stats
- Age: 25
- Height: 177 cm
- Starting Weight: ~81 kg
- Current Weight: ~84 kg
- Goal: Mass gain / Off-season bulk
PED Protocol
Current stack (E2D injections):
- Testosterone (Enanthate) 100 mg e2d (~350 mg/week)
- NPP: 80 mg e2d (~280 mg/week) – running for about 2 weeks now
- Drosta (Masteron): 70 mg e2d (~245 mg/week)
(Before this cycle: ran Test + Drosta for a while after cruising, then added NPP about 2 weeks ago.)
- AI: Exemestan (recently added)
Training & Nutrition
- Training Split: Push / Pull / Legs
- Progression: Very steady so far – strength going up each session, tracked regularly
- Calories: ~4000 kcal daily
- Macros (approx):
- Protein: ~300 g
- Fat: ~100 g
- Carbs: remainder (~500+ g depending on the day)
- Supplements:
- Multivitamin
- Creatin 10g intra
- Heart Supp
- Kidney Supp
- Vit C
- Vit B Multi
- Probiotika
- Omega-3
- Vitamin D3
- Zinc
- Methylene Blue (occasional use)
Progress & Notes
- Weight: +2 kg so far (from 82 → 84 kg)
- Strength: noticeable increases each session
- Pump / fullness: strong, especially during training
- Side effects: slight nipple sensitivity (monitoring with AI), otherwise stable; libido fine, no problem with blood pressure its all time ideal
- Outlook: continue tracking progression in weight, strength, and any side effects; bloodwork planned
