Hello, I recently posted about my order, everything was delivered perfectly, no problems.
The thing is, Dihidroboldos was crystallized in ampoules. I was advised to heat it for 10 minutes in hot water, but not boiling water. I did everything as instructed and the crystals dissolved, but after the injection I couldn't train for two weeks and struggled with complications. Thank God it didn't turn into an abscess.
What should I do with this drug? Are there any other tips or explanations as to why this happens?
Man, glad you’re okay… because what you described is exactly how a painful reaction starts, and in the worst cases, how an abscess forms. You did the right thing by stopping immediately, but let’s break this down properly so you understand what’s going on and what to do next.
First… DHB crystallizing is not unusual at all.
That compound is notorious for being unstable in oil. Even perfectly dosed, perfectly clean vials can crash because DHB has one of the lowest solubilities among injectables. Temperature changes during shipping alone can cause crystals to form.
Heating it in warm water is the standard way to re-dissolve it, but here’s the part nobody warns beginners about:
The solution can crash again inside the muscle after injection, and when that happens, it creates insane inflammation, hard lumps, and sometimes sterile abscess-like reactions. That’s exactly why you were unable to train for two weeks.
This didn’t happen because the product was dirty. It happened because DHB is chemically unruly.
Now, what can you actually do?
- Warm the ampoule thoroughly before every injection
Not just 10 minutes before the first time.
Heat it until the oil is completely clear, then inject immediately. Don’t let it sit around afterward.
- Mix it with another compound
This is the number one trick for DHB.
Draw half DHB, half Test E or Mast E in the same syringe. The stable carrier oils help prevent the DHB from crashing inside the muscle. It dramatically reduces PIP and inflammation.
- Inject slowly and deep
Use a 25G needle, take your time pushing the oil in, and avoid small muscles. Ventrogluteal or upper outer glute are best.
- Rotate sites aggressively
Never pin DHB in the same spot twice in a short timeframe. It irritates tissue more than most compounds.
- If it crashes again in the muscle, stop using it for now
Your reaction shows your tissue is sensitive to DHB. Some people tolerate it fine, others get destroyed by it. There’s no shame in ditching a compound that doesn’t agree with your body.
A few final points:
You had a rough reaction, but the fact you didn’t develop a real abscess is already a win. Don’t gamble with it. Use the mixing trick, warm it before every injection, and if it still gives you hell, move on. DHB is a great compound on paper, but in the real world it’s one of the most problematic oils in existence.
If you can, tell me exactly how much you injected, where, and whether you mixed it with anything. That will help fine-tune the advice.
But for now… let your body recover fully before trying another shot. Your health and tissue matter more than any cycle
