Here’s my situation: I never planned on having kids, so I used steroids for a long time without HCG.

But at some point, I realized I did want to become a father. Actually, I’d go even further — I believe having a child is essential if you want to grow as a person. It’s the biggest responsibility anyone can take: being accountable not just for yourself, but for another life. It’s a deeper, philosophical part of life.

I’ve now been on HMG, HCG, and various supplements for a year and a half. I’m planning to get a semen analysis soon, but honestly, I’m not confident about the results.

That’s why I strongly advise thinking about this in advance. Even if you’re not planning to have children right now — just freeze your sperm, just in case. It gives you options later and might save you from a lot of regret.
Thanks for sharing your story. I know I will probably change my mind, I've changed as a person so much in the last 2 years, so it is foolish to believe that wanting kids is something that will never change. On the other hand, from what I've seen, recovering fertility after moderate steroid abuse isn't that much of a problem and even a lot of top pros have gotten children while in the midst of their careers (Cbum, Lunsford, Wilkin and others)

Dr. Doping's path to greatness - Cycle update #2 (8 weeks in - 27th of July):

1. Stats
  • Weight: avg. weight over the last 7 days has been 95.7kg
2. PEDs Protocol
  • PEDs: added 100mcg of Driada's IGF1-LR3 in the evening. Switched from lyophilized version of GH to liquid one (both from Driada), because I couldn't be asked to reconstitute a vial every 3 days (also my hands feel tighter in the morning, possibly connected)
  • Ancillaries: No changes
3. Training & Nutrition
  • Due to some measurment errors on my part, I was eating more than I measured. I upped the calories slightly so now I am on 3710kcal, 224g of protein, 533g of carbs, 67 g of fats and 17g of fiber
  • Reduced potassium intake to 780mg morning and 600mg midday.
4. Progress & Notes
  • Training performance going up, big lifts are progressing, I'm setting PRs (at reasonable rep ranges - I almost never max out) every session
  • No side effects, even the hairline seems to be fine

My guess is that soon you’ll need to increase your daily caloric intake to around 3900–4000 calories.

Dr. Doping's path to greatness - Cycle update #3 (10 weeks in - 10th of August):

1. Stats
  • Weight: avg. weight over the last 7 days has been 98kg, but for the last 2 days, it was 99,5kg
2. PEDs Protocol
  • PEDs: I concluded my 2 week experiment with IGF1-LR3 and the results are inclonclusive. Maybe it worked, but I can't say for certain, since there have been so many other PEDs that might've caused the growth.
  • Lowered testosterone enanthate from 437,5mg to 350mg per week (from 62,5mg to 50mg per day)
  • Added 140mg of masteron enanthate per week (20mg per day)
  • Ancillaries: upped temisartan from 40mg per day to 60mg and 2 days ago to 80mg, because blood pressure was too high.
3. Training & Nutrition
  • Over the last 2 weeks, my diet didn't change much, I just added fiber supplement in the evening.
  • Macros: 3800kcal, 220g of protein, 545g of carbs, 74g of fat and 50g of fiber.
  • Reduced potassium intake to just 780mg morning.
  • Started tracking sodium intake, which has been around 5800mg per day
4. Progress & Notes
  • Training performance, especially on squat, bench and deadlift increasing by alot.
  • Slacked off on cardio a bit too much during the last 2 weeks, probably gonna try to do atleast 15 minutes per day.
  • No side effects.
  • Judging by the progress pics (and weight), I think I might've pushed a bit too fast - 10kg in 10 weeks is too fast. I will pull back food a bit in the next weeks and do my cardio, to hopefully catch the recomp energy balance, since my powerlifting meet is in october and I don't want to compete in sub110kg weight class.

Regards mate,

Whats up with the strength level during the cycle?
You def earned dry beef like shown in the Pics.
Why Ari only in the 1st 3 weeks?
Do you pull sumo or conventionel? Bench increase there?

Whats up with the strength level during the cycle?
Strength is definitively up. I opened with 210kg on deadlifts at my last competition (we used a deadlift bar), I am now repping that with ease for 4 on a power bar.
You def earned dry beef like shown in the Pics.
Thx for the compliment
Why Ari only in the 1st 3 weeks?
I am a heavy aromatiser and I feel best at around 60ng/L. I heard primobolan and EQ inhibit aromatase due to their chemical structure and put that to the test and confirmed it. On 262,5mg of testosterone enanthate per week (which I used for the cruise since February until the beginning of this cycle), I had 100ng/L of e2, so I used arimidex to lower it. When I started the cycle I pyramided down with arimidex to avoid high estradiol and after getting it tested, it was at 64, pretty much where I calculated it should be, based on dosages of testosterone and primobolan.
Do you pull sumo or conventionel?
I am a strong believer in conventional supremacy.
Bench increase there?
I added about 20kg to my bench max (but that's misleading since I hated benching and used to do other stuff). I am new to powerlifitng, I've switched to it at the beginning of the year, so my numbers aren't impressive yet.

I haven't updated my log for 4 weeks since life got in the way, but I'll write an update soon, probs today

Dr. Doping's path to greatness - Cycle update #4 (14 weeks in - 9th of September) - Not the update I wanted to make, but the one I needed to make:

0. Commentary
Originally I wanted to make updates every 2 weeks, but as you can see, dear reader, I missed the last update 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I am still studying and 2nd half of August is exam season at our uni. I thought I could pass all exams and continue training as planned, but that proved to not be feasible. I had a 6 day "forced deload" and lost 8kg in 3 weeks. Good news is, I am on the verge of, or already surpassed my peak strength, so I am ready to push forward. I am still getting back into the routine, but I'm hitting most of my meals, training intensity is picking back up and I'm getting back into the habits I used to have when I was the most focused on training.
1. Stats
  • Weight: avg. weight over the last 7 days has been 97kg.
2. PEDs Protocol
  • Steroids have remained the same and I am happy to report I have not missed a single injection since my last update:
    • 350mg of testosterone enanthate
    • 280mg of primobolan enanthate
    • 140mg odrostanolone enanthate (all pinned daily)
  • 4iu of GH (one bolus IM injection before bed)
  • occasional 20mg of superdrol before training session with big lifts
  • if I reamin consistent this week, I will start my MGF experiment
  • Supplements and ancillaries:
    • 40mg of telmisartan (everyday, split Am and PM)
    • 5mg of accutane (everyday, AM)
    • 10mg of cialis (EOD, AM)
    • 500mg of berberine (ED, AM)
    • 194mg of red yeast rice extract ( 5,8mg of Monacolin K, ED, AM and PM)
    • 1g of L-tyrosine (ED, Am and PM)
    • 500mg of citrus bergamot extract (ED, AM)
    • 500mg of NAC (ED, AM)
    • 960mg of potassium (ED, AM)
    • 800mg of magnesium carbonate (ED, AM and PM)
    • 5-10g of gylcine (ED, PM)
3. Training & Nutrition
  • Tracking food again after the exams
  • 3630kcal, 210g of protein, 487g of fiber, 79g of fat, 64g of fiber, 1,5g of sodium and 5L of water (everyday, no difference in training/non-training days)
  • Switched my carb source from rice to pasta, since rice was causing debilitating acid reflux after I started eating again.
  • Still running my modified PPL 2x per week:
    • Monday: legs (squats)
    • Tuesday: chest and biceps (close grip bench)
    • Wednesday: back and triceps (deficit deadlift)
    • Thursday: legs (squats)
    • Friday: chest and biceps (close grip bench)
    • Saturday: back and triceps (competition deadlifts)
    • Sunday: rest (maybe some cardio)
  • I'm cycling most days for 20-30 minutes for health benefits and trying to remain athletic enough.
  • My next powerlifting meet was announced, it will take place on the first half of November. I will compete in the push-pull category, aiming for the sub100 weight class.
4. Progress & Notes
  • The strength I lost is returning, I expect to be setting PRs again this coming week.
  • It doesn't seem I lost much size

Dr. Doping's path to greatness - Cycle update #5 (20 weeks in - 14th of October)

0. Commentary
Unfortunately, I have suffered a quad injury. I have developed tendinopathy in my quad tendon which prevents me from squatting or doing most things that require deep knee flexion. Deadlifts are fine and I continue to progress them. My next competition is 5 weeks away and I think I can achieve 270kg deadlift.
1. Stats
  • Weight: avg. weight over the last 7 days has been 98kg.
2. PEDs Protocol
  • PEDs have stayed the same, except:
    • I have added 60mg of anavar everyday (before training on training days or split evenly between morning and afternoon/evening for non training days) and I ran out of IGF1-LR3 so I concluded my IGF1 experiment.
3. Training & Nutrition
  • 3830kcal, 220g of protein, 590g of carbs, 54g of fat, 41g of fiber, 3g of sodium and 5L of water (everyday, no difference in training/non-training days)
  • Had to modify my split to upper/lower 2 times per week:
4. Progress & Notes
  • Setting PRs every session
5. Bloodwork
1760460760880.png

  • I did my bloodwork before adding anavar.
  • AST and ALT are elevated due to intense training. GGT is very good, so no reason to suspect liver damage.
  • Alkaline phosphatase is slightly high, but that is likely due to GH.
  • Creatinine is high, but I train often, supplement creatine and have more muscle mass than an average human. No reason for concern, especially since my cystatin C (which I also tested) came back at 0.88 mg/L. Kidneys are fine.
  • Cholesterol is low, which is fine, HDL is low which is expected, but the LDL has creeped up slightly, so I raised red yeast rice extract.
  • CRP is still low, so no inflammation from the cycle. Props to Driada for making quality stuff.
  • HbA1C is exactly the same as at the start of the cycle, which means my insulin sensitivity remained the same. Very good, considering I am using GH.
  • Estradiol is "high", but I prefer to have it around 60 anyways and having it slightly higher has health benefits anyways.

Sadly I can't. Tendinopathy is preventing me from training my quads at all except deadlifts. If i bend my knees too much, my tendon feels like it's going to tear clean off the bone. I'm working on recovering it.
Use Cerberus Knee Sleeves - they will upgrade your Performance. Keep you safe & warmth your tendons.
Best

I already use sbd sleeves. The problem is I can't load my quad AT ALL when flexed less than 120 degrees. If I don't heal up the tendon, it will tear and that would be even worse. I've already been to the doctor for it and we agreed I need to repair the tendon before I start squatting again. At its worst, I couldn't walk on the stairs without pain and I haven't been able to do my cardio cos of it either.

Try Sumo stance & Box Squats Westside Style.
That will help 💪🏻⛓️💪🏻

Dr. Doping's path to greatness - Cycle update #6 (25 weeks on cycle and 4 weeks on cruise - 24th of December)

0. Life update
  • As of the time I'm writing this update, I have been on cruise for 4 weeks. Life just gets in the way, in my case it was medterms at university and just other things to take care of.
  • Cycle lasted in total for 25 weeks, which is clearly too long for me (mentally), but I had to prolong it because the PL meet kept getting delayed.
  • In this update, I'll give a report on the cycle and then an update what I've been doing since and what I plan to do going forward.
  • The knee injury has healed and I've been happily squatting and cycling for 3 weeks now.
1. Stats
  • Weight: ended the cycle at about 98kg, at which I also weighed in at my powerlifting competiton
  • After the competition, I decided to do a minicut, so I won't have to move up a weight class again and to improve my body composition in general.
2. PEDs Protocol
  • I finished my meet prep on:
    • 350mg of testosterone enanthate (50mg per day)
    • 280mg of primobolan enanthate (40mg per day)
    • 140mg of masteron propionate (20mg per day)
    • 420mg of anavar (60mg per day, split upon wake and pre-training)
    • 112mg of trenbolone enanthate (16mg per day)
    • 4IUs of GH
    • 100IUs of HCG ED
    • 1mg of BPC157 ED
    • 1mg of MOTS-C ED
  • Ancillaries:
    • 80mg of telmisartan daily
    • 5mg of accutane daily
    • 10mg of cialis EOD
    • 0,125mg of caber 2x per week (monday, friday)
    • 9mg of Monocolin K (lovastatin)
    • and a boatload of supplements
3. Training & Nutrition
  • due to having to be below 100kg for my weight class, I ate 3750-4000kcal per day, with following macros:
    • 220P, 550C, 60F, 50g of fiber, about 3000mg of sodium and 4-5L of water
  • Since the meet was push-pull, I trained upper/lower 2x per week with bench on upper and deadlift on lower.
  • I wasn't doing cardio because of the knee injury
4. Progress & Notes
  • At the meet, I benched 130kg (I don't have a good bench and I'm working on that) and deadlifted 265kg. I wanted to go for 275kg, but uni and midterms really fucked me up in the week leading up to the meet so I did my best.
  • I won the competition and set a 35kg meet PR on the deadlift and 10kg overall PR on the bench.
5. What happened after the cycle
  • Due to beforementioned midterms, I had to take 2,5 weeks off training to pass them (which I thankfully did). I gained some weight (my all time heaviest was 104kg, a week and a half ago) and bad habits in that time, which I'm dealing with now.
  • Currently I'm running 210mg of testosterone enanthate (30mg ED), 100IUs of HCG ED, 1mg of retatrutide E4D and mostly the same ancillaries (with dosages adjusted for my current needs). I'm back to training, this time with an actual powerlifting program and working on improving technique, since I'm going national junior total record in my weight class and a 300kg deadlift (I'm sure Musclereich Lex Ander will have loads of advice 😂). Did my bloodwork today and it came back *fine* (I think my cholesterol-lowering supplements might be underdosed).
  • Currently hovering between 96 and 97kg in the morning, fasted.
6. Physique pics (comparisons from the start and end of the cycle):

I'd love to post some images from the competition but I don't want to get doxxed.
With all that being said, thanks to the team at Driada for manufacturing all PEDs that helped me to win and to all of you who were here and observed the journey. I'm enjoying the cruise but soon I'll have the itch to hop back on cycle and finally get that 300kg deadlift. I'll make a new blog then.

Hey brother, i think you should try to understand why is your bp so high that you need telmisartan at 20yo, specially considering that your e2 and hematocrit are normal. what values do get ?

I've always had bp at the higher range, going up 10kg in a relatively short amount of time definitively wasn't doing my body any favours and the knee injury prevented me from doing cardio. I also learned how to balance electrolytes this year so this is also helping. I haven't measured my bp in some time (which is stupid) and this is motivation enough to start again from tomorrow onwards.
