Hi im currently 19 and have been training for 2,5 years im 193cm/ 97kg (3 weeks into bulk) I study biochemistry and I’m really interested in what AALS could do to my body im planning on just running sarms and test with hcg but I haven’t researched enough and dont really know where to start with research

Hi glad to see that your trying to go into this informed . With some backround in biochemistry. You are young so should have good baseline test . Also being young it is important to protect your reproductive systems if you plan on having kids(or more if you already have) later . I'm a believer that less is more especially when your getting started . and you can probably start seeing results with test as a base and explore some sarms when you are comfortable with one compound . Looking forward to updates and good luck🤞

Welcome to the forum bro! 💪 Good thing you're doing your research first.
At 19, I'd give yourself more time before considering Test; SARMs are very selective and should only be used when you know exactly what you're doing. You're still at an age where you can make great natural progress, but i won't lie i've followed your same pattern so welcome to the crew, btw HCG isn't a guaranteed safeguard against suppression or fertility issues.
Since you have a biochemistry background, start by understanding how the HPTA works, along with the actual benefits and risks of AAS. What made you interested in starting a cycle?
