Back First cycle lose fat
Planning your first cycle: what to run, how much, what to expect and what to avoid.
Hi, and welcome! Sorry, I somehow missed your thread.

Thanks for photo, this is very helpfull to me.

Let’s step back a little from all these discussions and start with the first and most important thing — your goal.

You have quite a lot of training experience, and judging by the photo, you also have very good genetics. Most people in the gym don’t have that kind of muscle mass even while using steroids.

So here’s what I mean — what do you actually want in the end? Are you planning to compete, or do you simply want to get a bit leaner without increasing your muscle size?

I suggest you just send a photo from the internet showing roughly how you would like to look in the future. That would help define the direction and, accordingly, allow us to think about a cycle protocol, if one is even needed.

Oh thank you ! There are the picture. No compétition for the moment but probably in 3/4 years . Get a bit leaner and increase a Little bit muscle

Look, there’s something that doesn’t quite add up for me yet. Both guys look good, but I’d say they’re in completely different categories. The second guy is clearly a competitive athlete, and he might not even be in Classic Physique, but rather in the 212 bodybuilding category or one weight class below.

The first guy, although not nearly as massive, is extremely lean. He has the physique of a fitness model, and I suspect that either he’s genetically gifted and naturally maintains such a low body fat percentage, or he spent several months preparing before taking that photo. Some fitness models do exactly that — they prepare for a photoshoot, follow a strict diet, and even use diuretics in the final days. Then they post those photos on Instagram over the next six months.

But anyway, despite all that, I think I roughly understand what you’re aiming for. Why not start by simply losing some body fat to get closer to your ideal physique in at least one aspect, and then focus on gaining muscle? I see several possible approaches here.

I’m very serious about my diet and training, and despite that, and all my years of experience in the gym, I feel like I’ve reached my natural limits, or at least a point where further progress would only come from small optimizations.

If you have any suggestions that don’t involve intramuscular injections, I’m completely open to them.

However, I would really like some form of external assistance, whether that’s medication, supplements, or something else that could help me achieve my goals.

That’s exactly why I’m reaching out to you and asking for your expertise and guidance.

Okay, I’ve got enough information from you now to suggest an approach. In this case, I would start with the minimum, and I’m confident you’ll see noticeable progress from it.

Nothing complicated — just 250 mg of testosterone per week (enanthate, cypionate, it doesn’t matter...) and 100 mg of Primo so you don’t have to worry about aromatase inhibitors. Plus HCG 250 IU three times a week. All of this for 12 weeks, followed by PCT with enclomiphene.

That’s the minimum I think you need. After finishing the cycle, we can compare your before and after photos, see where you made the most progress, and plan the next steps accordingly. Only after the first cycle can we decide whether it’s worth adding something like GLP-1 or, for example, low doses of growth hormone.

Why am I leaning toward this option rather than the idea I mentioned yesterday? You’ve convinced me that you take your diet seriously. So it really makes sense to try building more muscle and see what the outcome is.

If you continue following your diet just as strictly, there’s a good chance you’ll gain muscle while also losing some body fat, which would significantly improve your overall athletic appearance.
