I’ve actually been training for longer than two years, but I’ve been taking my training seriously for about two years, and really pushing myself consistently for the past year.
When I first started, I was much shorter, around 180 cm, and weighed only about 57 kg. I was already underweight back then. I tried eating more and more, but I never really had much of an appetite and struggled to gain weight.
Even when I ate more, I barely gained any weight. I also struggled with strength during training. I would often run out of energy and strength very quickly, which made it difficult to progress.
Even after all this time, gaining weight and building muscle has been extremely difficult for me.
My low testosterone was also confirmed by a doctor, and I have several symptoms that I believe may be related to it. These include very little facial and body hair, a lack of muscle development, difficulty gaining weight, low strength and energy, and relatively small feet and hands for my height. I also feel that my physical development hasn’t progressed as much as it should have.
And honestly, thank you so much for all the help from everyone in this forum. Nobody has ever helped me this much with this topic in such a short time, and I genuinely appreciate it. It means a lot to me.
