1. Basic Information
Main goal is to push overall size and strength while bringing up leg development.
Target weight is around 95 kg while staying leaner and tighter than current condition.
2. PEDs Protocol
Planned duration
12–16 weeks depending on recovery, bloodwork, sleep, and CNS response.
Compounds
Weeks 1–4
Anadrol is only being used as a kickstart during the first month to push strength and early size gains.
If sleep, anxiety, blood pressure, or CNS stress become too noticeable, the cycle will be shortened or adjusted.
Would have liked to include Masteron in the stack for a drier and harder look, but currently unable to get any locally

Currently sitting at 90 kg around 17% body fat with solid strength levels from previous enhanced phases.

- Sustanon — 500 mg/week
- Tren E — 200 mg/week
- Oxymetholone — 40 mg/day
- Sustanon — 500 mg/week
- Trenbolone — 200 mg/week
- Regular bloodwork monitoring
- Electrolytes + hydration focus
- Fish oil, magnesium, NAC/TUDCA support
- Cardio 1x weekly

Keeping an eye on:
- Blood pressure
- Sleep quality
- Mood/CNS stress
- Appetite and digestion
Depending on progress and side effects:
- Lower or remove tren early
- End the cycle earlier if CNS fatigue becomes too noticeable
- Cruise afterward instead of extending too aggressively
