Hey Guys,

I´ve started my Test cycle at the beginning of august and it is going to be about 10 months or 40/42 weeks long.

Starting stats are: 25yo, 183cm/6", 73kg/160lbs, Test cypionate and enanthate 200mg in the first month,
After the first month im upping the dose to 300 and after that month im upping it again to 400 and maybe 500 if i can handle it well. I´m also adding 250-500IU HCG per week to not make my balls shrink, anastrozol and tamoxifin will be my Ai´s when i need them. Anastrozol for e2 side effects and Tamoxifin primarely against gyno.

As of right now im only on 200mg of Test cypionate (100mg 2x a week) and only in my third week. Thats why the only noticable changes were only my mood and maybe a little bit of bloating but im not sure about that one. When im upping the dose to 300-500mg / week it is going to be three injections a week to minimize the estrogen side effects and make the test levels in my blood more smooth.

My natty maintanance was 3500kcal at 183cm and 73kg but im eating 4000kcal to gaing about 0.25-0.5kg a week. I train with an U/L split which i created even though im sure the exact same split will be somewhere in the internet with the exact exersices as me.

I´m using 21g to get test in the syringe and pin with a 26g needle in my quad.

What does your training look like? And what does your macros look like?
What are your strength metrics in the big compound movements?

10 month is a bit long.

I understand the idea but it is still preferable not to overdo exposure to supraphysiological hormonal doses for that long.
And to do so over periods chosen and planned according to a specific objective.
Body need some "rest" between phase to last and keep up with the pace over time.

I would add that 200mg without prior bloodwork doesn't give him a baseline if 200mg is a replacement for him or already a cycle to begin with, albeit low dose.
180mg puts me at the upper end of the range, so it's not out of possibility, but he might already be on a cycle and just increase dosage.

Id dont really know what u mean by how my training looks like but its U/L split 2x a week and either to failure or 1-2 reps shy of failure. My macros are about 160-180g protein, 80-120g of fat and rest carbs so depends on the day but about 600-700g. My squat is kinda lacking since i´ve switched to hacksquart but prob about 120-130kg, Bench is 110kg and deadlift 160kgx2.

And 200mg a week is a little bit higher than a replacement but im going soon over to 300mg so yeah.

I mean how is your training structured. Like the exercises.
I always like to look at the exercise structure before upping gear. I'd say fat is too high and you could up protein to 200-220g. For reference I eat 220-250g at 89kg.
What are your food choices?

Oh thats what you mean, on upper day my primary focuss is bench strenght thats why i do 3 sets of either 3/3/3 or 4/4/4 or 5/5/5 reps. Afterwards latpulldown and then low to high cable fly for the upper chest. Then either t-bar /high row or tricep kickback and catana extension since my tricep is a little bit lacking, cable lateral raise either now or i did it before. And bicep depens but either in the middle somewhere or at the beginning as a preacher variant. Lower day is pretty self explainatory so i'll leave that out but i do forearms, neck and core there.

I like to keep fat that high since there isnt really anything bad about it as long as it isnt too high like 150-200g and it is easier to hit my kcal goal cause im a slow eater. And i dont really see any advantage in eating 200+ protein instead of 160-180 since when i was natty i gained about 12kg of mass in my first 2,5 years of training and i do know that it isnt much but i went from 60-62kg to 73-74 while being always under 16% bf while also only eating about 90-120g protein daily and i still gained probably like 8-9kg of muscle.

My food choices are alot of rice everyday with either chickenwing with skin, chickenbreast or beef filet, then spaghetti also pretty much everyday, a skyr and then depends on the day but normally in the morning oats with milk and through the day random fruits.
