I want to do a first Cycle whit testosteron and anavar.

My questions are:
- how high should i start the dosis whit.
- do i start whit anavar at the same time
- what kind of protection do i have to take whit this cycle
- and what is the best to use after the cycle is done.

Hi bro,

I'll answer all your questions at once — you don't need Anavar for your first cycle. Just start with testosterone. If you can't get Anavar out of your head, add it on your second cycle.

As for other compounds, I always recommend using HCG during any cycle.

Basically, that's all you need to start with. But you should also have an aromatase inhibitor on hand so you don't end up growing boobs and crying at every romantic drama. Real men are only allowed to cry at the end of Terminator 2, when Arnie lowers himself into the molten metal. If you start crying at other movies, that's a sign it's time to take that aromatase inhibitor you've been keeping on hand.

Jokes aside — I'm actually serious about this. Sometimes estradiol needs to be lowered, and sometimes it doesn't. That's why you shouldn't start taking anastrozole or exemestane from the beginning of the cycle.

Any other medications that could be considered protective will depend on your blood test results and blood pressure.

And now my next question — are you planning to get blood tests done before the cycle?

Start low 250mg per week is just out of trt range just start with test as a base and see how you respond before thinking of adding a second . Hope this helps from a fellow newb and good luck in your journey!

Cant have my crying when am playing whit my boobs

Is there a specific type of HCG to use the first time? Or can i just pick one of the list?

And the blood test is important for the start, i want to build a good and save cycle. So yes. So i have to tel my Docter to look for specific thinks?

Can i get the anastrozole later when or if i neend it. Or order everything in one time. So i have i ar home just in case .

You can use any HCG, the main thing is that it works. And of course, if a vial contains 10000 IU, that's a bit too much for long-term use, as it probably won't last that long in storage.

I recommend having anastrozole on hand. It's not expensive, and with minimal doses of testosterone, it will most likely last you a long time.
