Currently one week into reta. First week did 1mg and second time today did again 1mg. I feel absolutely nothing. Hlw is that possible?
Bro, I think the main thing here is understanding the difference between hunger and appetite. You can be full and still crave food or constantly think about it, which is often called food noise. Retatrutide can potentially help with both, but you've only been using it for a week, so it's early to judge how well you're responding. Some people notice appetite changes earlier, and not feeling anything immediately doesn't necessarily mean it's ineffective.I wouldn't rush into increasing the dose to chase appetite suppression. Are you mainly struggling with cravings and snacking even after you've eaten enough?Currently one week into reta. First week did 1mg and second time today did again 1mg. I feel absolutely nothing. Well maybe i have to wait a little bit but yet i only can say it feels like i only get side effects and no effects. So for further understanding, i eat the same portions and eat like i used to do. The only difference is that i only have to go 3 times per week to the toilet even less i think so and very small amounts. So its weird. I thought i would stop thinking about food, but now i still think about food but i can not eat because my stomach is full.
