Hello, I'm currently on TRT 125mg test enanthate and 100mg masteron enanthate per week, according to the latest tests, the hematocrit is a little higher than the limit of 54, I have 53.6, my pressure always varies between 125 to 145 and 82 to 90, I started taking 8000 Nattokinas before bed, 4L of water a day and cardio every training means 4 or 5 times a week, do you have any advice how reduce hematocrit, thanks in advance

Mate, 53.6% is technically still below the 54% threshold, but you're getting close. Testosterone can increase red blood cell production, and adding Masteron may mildly contribute to the problem. Cardio and staying hydrated are good considerations. Nattokinase is proven to reduce it by some points but not drastically. I'd repeat your blood tests soon and keep tracking your blood pressure, since readings around 145/90 aren't good. Have you checked what your hematocrit was before starting TRT and Masteron?

I was on a longer cycle of 500mg testosterone and 400mg masteron per week for a total of 14 weeks, hematocrit was 49, pressure max 130 from 86, that's why it's strange to me that both pressure and hematocrit increased on the reduced dose

hematocrit reflects red blood cell production over time rather than your testosterone dose alone. red blood cells circulate for approximately 120 days, so the effects of your previous high-dose cycle may persist after transitioning to trt. other factors worth considering are hydration status, sleep apnea and changes in plasma volume. these could help explain why your hematocrit increased despite reducing androgen exposure. at 53.6%, i'd prioritize hydration (with all essential minerals) and consistent blood pressure measurements. was your previous hematocrit of 49% measured near the beginning or end of your 14-week cycle?
