You're not left to figure everything out on your own after receiving our recommendations. We stay in touch, help you assess changes, answer questions as they arise, and adapt the next steps to your current situation when necessary.

We Stay in Touch

Our interaction doesn't end once you've received our recommendations and started following the chosen plan. We stay in touch and continue helping you with any questions that arise. An equally important stage begins: ongoing support and evaluating how the chosen strategy is working for you specifically.

We want to understand how your protocol is progressing, what changes you're noticing, whether the results meet your expectations, whether any side effects or difficulties have appeared, and whether your circumstances have changed in ways that could affect the original plan.

We already have your history, baseline data, goals, and previous recommendations, so we don't have to start from scratch every time we communicate. We take the entire previous context into account, monitor changes, and compare them with where you started.

Adjustments When Necessary

Things don't always go exactly as originally expected. Your body may respond differently to the chosen approach, your goals, well-being, or life circumstances may change, and new questions or challenges may arise along the way.

If a problem occurs or the results differ from what you expected, we first try to understand the reason. The cause may lie in the strategy itself, how it's being implemented, changes in your circumstances, or your initial expectations.

Only then do we determine whether anything actually needs to change. If recommendations are adjusted or expanded, we'll explain exactly what is changing, why we're making the change, and what outcome we expect.

We Assess Progress at Key Checkpoints

At every stage, there comes a point when it's necessary to review the overall results. This might be a specific point in your protocol, the arrival of new test results, reaching your target weight or physique, the end of a current phase, completion of a recovery period, or another significant milestone.

Depending on your goal, we may assess changes in weight and body composition, athletic performance, well-being, blood test results, and other relevant parameters. However, individual numbers aren't the main focus on their own—the overall trend matters. At each checkpoint, we reassess your situation:
  • What did we plan to achieve?
  • What results did we get?
  • What has changed?
  • Has the current goal been achieved?
  • What should we do next?
This allows us to avoid continuing with the original plan automatically and instead make future decisions based on what's actually happening with you.

We Determine the Next Stage

Once you've achieved your current goal or completed a particular stage, we can work together to determine the next direction. Sometimes, continuing with the chosen strategy makes sense. In other cases, adjustments may be necessary. A new goal or challenge may emerge. And in some situations, the best decision is not to add anything at all, but simply to maintain the results you've achieved.

This means our support can continue for as long as you genuinely need it to help you progress toward your goals.
