How much does your blood type really affect your ability to blast?

I saw some videos about studies that show how much your blood type affects your side effects, I've seen that O blood types are the best for roids users, I'm O positive and I wanna know if you know anything about this and how much does it really affect your sides
I also know ppl irl who cruise on tren (and it doesn't have a lot of sides for them) but I don't feel like asking them face to face
