how to travel with gear in airport/airplane

Can someone tel me how to travel with Gear in an airplane and how do you do that with only handluggage?
Can i bring in europe from spain to brittain in a handluggage gear like test and primo? and needles? have someone exprience with that?

Hi.

With suitcase no problem. I've done this way many time inside and outside of EU

But with handluggage it's not possible. Or very risky.

I've already traveled with boxes of 100 needles in suitcases. And even with 30 boxes of medicine from the pharmacy.

I'm not saying that my example is valid for everyone. But after 10 trips like this, I never had a customs check (or just one but when arriving in a country outside the EU. I just explained that I was diabetic and that I was staying there for 2 months. They didn't look any further).

I would have had problems with syringes and vial of liquid in hand luggage for traveling inside EU.
