Lately, I’ve completely lost my taste for coffee. More generally, I’ve become less drawn to complex, intense flavors like cola and red wine, and instead find myself preferring lighter, simpler tastes.

I’m curious whether anyone has noticed similar changes and managed to identify a cause. Did it correlate with changes in hormones, neurotransmitters, metabolism, gut health, micronutrient status, or anything else measurable?

I’m particularly interested in whether shifts in taste preferences can be linked to hormonal changes or imbalances, and if anyone has personal experiments that helped explain it.

Any experiences, theories, or relevant research would be appreciated.

Can have different reasons akd depends where you come from.

Overweight ppl who dedicate to a diet can have that

Changes in your brain

Previous high dopamin exposure now crashes

Rly depends on your past and what you did.
