I believe the only missing thing from Driada is putting information to the website and suggest credit people have this batch. Many people not on the forums and might not know batch is problematic and reach Driada for replacement etc. That happens, not only Driada many sources having similar issues. Driada I believe biggest EU brand right now, more transparency will be appreciated by everyone IMO.
It is pretty easy to mix up powders during production and cooking in the end it is human work and error is possible. We need more transparency and communication from Driada and more understanding from customers I think, I don't think anyway this is intended but it is a mistake during process.

I agree with you mate. If a batch is confirmed to have an issue, making the information easily accessible on the website would definitely help, mistakes can happen in production, especially when dealing with a large number of products and batches. What matters is how the company handles it afterwards and how transparent the communication is (even mailing if needed).
I think Driada has shown that they’re willing to address issues when they’re brought forward.
At the end of the day, nobody benefits from hiding a problem. Clear information, proper communication and helping affected customers is the way to handle it, and we do our best at it
