Update – End of Week 6
I actually wanted to wait a few more days before posting this, but since there hasn’t been any significant change recently, I decided to give an update now.
Over the past days, I’ve noticed some slight water retention around the chest area – not a true gynecomastia formation yet, but I want to stay on the safe side since I absolutely want to avoid surgery.
To counter this, I’ve started taking 20mg Tamoxifen Citrate daily for 2 weeks, followed by 10mg daily for another 1–2 weeks.
According to clinical data, Tamoxifen acts as a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), which helps block estrogenic activity in breast tissue and should therefore prevent any further glandular growth.
It also promotes the gradual reduction of water retention and possible mild swelling through receptor blockade and normalization of estrogen metabolism.
Since Tamoxifen is metabolized in the liver into its active form (Endoxifen), I’ve already been supporting liver health from the start of the cycle with
TUDCA, NAC, milk thistle, and artichoke extract.
Tomorrow I’ll get
a full blood panel done — results should arrive next week.
After that, I’ll begin taking
12.5mg Exemestane (Aromasin) every third day as an aromatase inhibitor to keep estrogen levels controlled while continuing Tamoxifen at 20mg/day.
The bloodwork I’m doing tomorrow is a
comprehensive panel, and the next one (in about 4–6 weeks) will focus specifically on
prolactin and estradiol (E2).
Next update will follow in about
2–4 weeks once the new estrogen panel is available.
A fresh blood report (including E2 and prolactin) will be uploaded soon, and another follow-up test is planned in about
5–6 weeks.
Summary:
• Tamoxifen 20mg ED → planned for 14 days
• Then 10mg ED for 1–2 additional weeks
• Exemestane 12.5mg E3D starting post-bloodwork
• Liver support: TUDCA, NAC, milk thistle, artichoke
• Upcoming: E2 & prolactin panel within 4–6 weeks
Next update once results are in.
