Hey guys,


#Introduction
Im here to share my cutting protocol for this summer. So i basically mostly train combat sports but i try to complement with 3x gym /week, mostly focused on compound movements and short workouts with only 3 exercises per training session. I started taking gear near august 2025 and basically never stoped since then. I did cardiac exams like 3 months after i started and last blood work i did was oct 2025 everything was ok. Probably i should have done more exams, but tbh i was kinda short of money and instead decided to do them next month. Not that big of a deal in my opinion since im running low dosages of injectables and very low use of orals. Basically first 6months were only 250mg a test a week. Then january 1st 2026 i decided to bulk up a bit and added 100mg of npp and 100mg primo and started to eat a lot. During this time i also used various orals like 10mg tbol, 10mg dbol, and 50mg oxymeth only on my leg days(1x per week). Basically since i do a lot of kicking its being hard for me to build a proportional balance, basically my torso is developing way more than my quads for example. I started the bulk with 77kg and after two months i was 87kg. Most of it was for sure water, gained a good amount of muscle considering the short period of time but i was also started feeling fat and was already for sure over 20%, that was when i decided to cut for summer. really hoping to achieve a low body fat like below 10% so i can have more room to bulk up.

#Compounds
- Semaglutide: week 1 0.25mg, week 3 0.5mg, week5 1mg, week 7 1.7mg-2mg if needed
- Cagrilintide: week 1 0.3 mg, week 3 0.6mg, week 5 1.2mg , mantain 1.2mg
- Clenbuterol: week 1 10mcg/day, week 2 20mcg/day, week 3 30mcg/day, week 4 40mcg/day, week 5 rest, restart
- Test E: mantain 200-250mg /week
- NNP: mantain 100mg/week
- Anastro: 0.5mg 2x week
- Finasteride: 1mg/day
- Tadalafil: 5mg/day
- Minoxydil: 5mg/day
- HCG : 500UI week

#Week 6 review
So i started to lose weight at a good pace at least that inital water rentention came out and by week 2 i was like 83kg(-4kg). I felt a bit stomach disconfort in the early weeks but that eventually stopped, hunger wise i still felt hungry not really noticing any crazy effects of CagriSema. week 4 and i still didnt really felt that much of an appetite supression but weight still was going down at around 80kg(-7kg from start) i was dieting but i was still suffering specially at night. Now its week 6 and its completly different that last titration made an insane difference. i really dont feel the need to eat anymore even with really agressive caloric deficits. Literaly i can watch those videos of guys eating like crazy amounts of fast food at night without having the desire of eating something myself specially considering that i am consuming between 1300kcal and 1700kcal a day, i just try to reach arround 100g of protein per day at least. Mostly protein drinks and bars during the day with one good meal at night with veggies, protein and carbs that goes around 600kcal. My weight is now around 77kg(-10kg since start) and with a bioimpedance measurement my bf came out 15.6%. Tbh this seems a bit too low for what im seeing in the mirror because i still dont have visible abs, maybe more like 17% or 18%.


#Next steps
I guess its going great for my objectives, im already looking learner and at this pace i think i can get a pretty low bf this summer. If the weights stops going down im planning to adjust based on the problem. for now i dont think it makes sense for me to increase sema. clen i probably take more than one week rest and really try to not over do it. I might go on some orals after i do my exams next month, but i just basically use them one time a week on my leg day. Also one more important thing i think is worth mentioning is my blood pressure is way better always at or below 12/7 at rest. during my bulk i was getting really high values like 15/9.

Thanks for taking the time to write all of that up. Honestly, I enjoyed reading it because it feels like a real log rather than a “look how amazing my cycle is” post.

The first thing that jumped out at me was the weight loss. Going from 87 kg to 77 kg in 6 weeks is significant, and regardless of the compounds involved, that’s a lot of work and consistency. The improvement in blood pressure is also something I wouldn’t overlook. Going from 15/9 during the bulk to around 12/7 now is probably one of the biggest wins in the entire update.

What I find interesting is your comment about not really feeling the appetite suppression initially and then suddenly getting hit by it around week 6. That’s actually something I’ve heard from quite a few people using these compounds. Sometimes the scale is moving before the appetite effects become obvious.

One thing I would watch carefully though is the protein intake. At 77 kg and cutting aggressively while doing combat sports and gym work, 100 g per day feels quite low to me. If there is one thing I’d try to protect during the rest of the cut, it would be lean tissue.

Also, don’t get too obsessed with the body fat percentage number. The mirror, waist measurement, progress pictures and performance usually tell a more useful story than bioimpedance devices.

The good news is that you’re already back at the bodyweight where the bulk started, but with much better health markers and what sounds like a noticeably leaner physique.

Whether the appetite suppression stays as strong.

Where your bodyweight settles over the next few weeks.

And most importantly, whether visible abs finally show up at the body fat level you’re aiming for.
