1. Retatrutide
- Dose: 4 mg once weekly.- Why: A triple-agonist that drives rapid fat loss while preserving muscle. The 4 mg dose is a potent mid-range therapeutic level that suppresses appetite and boosts metabolism without the extreme side effects of the highest clinical doses.
(I am already on reta for 2 months now, which is the reason for this moderately high dosage)
2. Testosterone Enanthate
- Dose: ~36 mg daily (Total 250 mg/week). - Injection: Subcutaneous
- Why (Daily Micro-Dosing): Instead of one large weekly shot, daily micro-dosing mimics natural physiology. 6. Support Supplements
- TUDCA: 250–500 mg daily with a meal. (Protects liver from metabolic stress).- NAC + Glycine: 600 mg NAC + 1–2 g Glycine daily. (Precursors to Glutathione, helps clear toxins released from melting fat).
- Electrolytes: Critical daily intake (Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium) to prevent "keto-flu" symptoms from Retatrutide.
In case of me still needing to take AI because of Test-E despite the micro-Dosing I will have Aromasin ready!
