Im planning on trying my first ever cycle. I thought i should co test only, because its the most well known compound. What should i be aware of or how do i avoid stopping my natural testosterone? Im 18yo.

Hi mate. It’s good that you reached out to us, because using testosterone at 18 is a serious mistake, as it can cause long-term and possibly even irreversible consequences for your body.

There is no way to avoid shutting down your natural testosterone production, whether you’re 18 or an adult man. The difference is that in an adult, the reproductive hormonal system is already fully developed, and after using steroids we aim to restore natural testosterone production back to its original levels. In your case, there’s nothing to restore it back to yet because the system is still developing, and interfering with it can disrupt the system itself and prevent it from fully developing.

At 18, I’d strongly recommend that testosterone-only might be simpler than stacking multiple compounds, but that doesn't make it safe, especially at your age. Exogenous testosterone will suppress your HPTA, meaning your body reduces its own testosterone production through negative feedback. There’s no reliable way to run a testosterone cycle while keeping your natural production unaffected.

Thank you for the reply!

Let’s look at what could help you — your training program and diet. At 18, with the right routine, you can make very good progress.
