Hi everyone,

I am starting this log for my girlfriend with her permission. I will be writing and updating everything, but all information, progress photos and feedback will come directly from her.

The main reason for starting Semaglutide is appetite control and some fat loss. She is not heavily overweight, but she naturally has a high appetite and especially struggles with sugar cravings. Chocolate, candy and basically anything sweet can be difficult for her to control. The goal is not extreme or fast weight loss. We mainly want to see whether Semaglutide makes her appetite and cravings easier to manage.

I will try to keep this log honest. I will also include weeks where nothing changes, progress is slow or she experiences side effects.

Starting Information

  • Sex: Female
  • Age: 31
  • Height: 152 cm
  • Starting weight: 44.8 kg
  • Target weight: Around 42 kg
  • Main goal: Better appetite control, fewer sugar cravings and gradual fat loss
  • Start date: 06.07.2026
  • Previous weight-loss medication experience: None
  • Medical conditions: None, generally healthy
  • Regular medication: None

Protocol

  • Product: Driada Semaglutide
  • Starting dose: 0.25 mg
  • Frequency: Once weekly
  • Injection day: Monday
  • Planned duration: 6 weeks
For now, we plan to keep the protocol simple and see how she responds. Any dose changes will be written clearly in the updates.

Diet and Activity

She is currently eating approximately 1,200 calories per day.

Her biggest problem is sweet food. She likes chocolate, candy and other sugary snacks, so reducing cravings is one of the main things we want to observe.

Her daily activity is currently quite low. She averages around 4,000 steps per day and is not following a serious training program at the moment.

Supplements

  • Omega-3
  • Multivitamin
  • Magnesium
  • Probiotics

Early Experience

After the first injection, she noticed that she gets full a little more easily.

However, she also started eating more frequently, so she has partly found a way to catch up with the reduced meal size. It is still very early, so we need more time to understand whether this changes her total daily food intake and sugar cravings.

So far:
  • Appetite: Slightly easier fullness
  • Cravings: Still present
  • Energy: No noticeable change
  • Mood: No noticeable change
  • Sleep: No noticeable change
  • Digestion: Normal
  • Nausea: None
  • Constipation: None
  • Other side effects: None
There are no new weight measurements yet. I will use 44.8 kg as the official starting weight and add weekly measurements from now on.
