Hi this is about my off - recovery phase before a real blast and a muscle oppener phase
im currently running
12.5 enclo ed
60mg raloxifene ed
20mg oxa ed
2ui gh ed
1mg reta per week
10mg cardarine
Why ->
Running enclo
To fight back my bloodwork to 1200ngl of tottal test, ok u might think this is a no brainer but surrely its working without messing my e2
Raloxifene to fully try to fight back some tissue generation and flatten out what alr exists idk why it just works
Now for the oxa , im running20mg every day maybe 30on gymdays 4-7
getting some sick pumps and clearing out watter retention on a daily baisis

What can i say honestly not for a mucle building phase dose but it just helps me a lot with my daily life
recovery regeneration skin n nails also my skin gets better day by day

yes its big 26 im running ts but low mg cause i dont want to lose appetitte or go over to some extend of muscle loss cause of too much calorie def,
yes its helping my insulin sens thats the main reason this pep is been run into my cycle and mostly for the water retentions and manipulations.
Recently wanted to try cardarine and yes i did was my goal for the edurance part idc that much for the fatloss but the endurance part has been getting better and better since i wanted to move out to smth else .
Now for when im taking all of those

1mg reta per week -> split into 2 dosages with insulin needles just cause its ez intramuscle inj

Result&Expectations
honeslty
i do not expect gains or muscles or fatloss
i wanted to shine my bloodwork ( yes im running oxa but its low toxic i can tolarate it well )
and really up my endurance cause it was once of my deal breakers .
Muscle results are pretty decent i cant say i lost a lot off gains might a lil bit of glycogen or fullness but thats normal when leaving from a high exogenus hormonal profile and jumping down to a natural lookalike profile.
Strengh
im surely not the same but the oxa help me into the gym for that and the gh can work wonders into my recovery and how i fell the next day.
Plans&Future
want to run my next " blast" into 3-4 months when i have fully kicked off any crazy androgen load into my body and i can fully saturate even the last mg
hope i dont get that much off a muscle ripoff. but it wont happen i know it !

but im looking extra chissled and dont hold water nowdays like i did before
i could catch my lean self holding water cause off a toxic enviroment and lose it in 1-2 days
and im not sure it was from poor nutrition or anything like this ( or maybe a lil )

locked in for good !
