Hey guys, need some advice.
I started Test E and was running higher dose 0.5ml EOD and my libido completely crashed.
Now dropped to 0.4 ml EOD (350 mg/week).
Bloodwork:
• Free Testosterone: 178.8 pmol/L
• Estradiol: 351 pmol/L
• Prolactin: 556 mU/L
What would you do to bring E2 and prolactin down so I can get my libido back?

First thing, I would suggest don’t chasing libido by blindly chasing E2 and prolactin down. That’s how one problem becomes three!!
Your E2 at 351 pmol/L ( around 96 pg/mL) is certainly elevated, and prolactin at 556 mU/L deserves attention, but neither number proves by itself which one killed your libido. Also, 350 mg/week is still well above replacement territory, so simply reducing from the previous dose may not immediately normalize things.
I’d give the dose change time to settle rather than immediately throwing an AI or cabergoline at it. Then repeat E2, prolactin, total/free T and SHBG under controlled conditions. For prolactin especially, avoid hard training, sex and significant stress beforehand because it can be surprisingly easy to elevate transiently.
If prolactin remains clearly elevated, find out why before treating the number, particularly if you aren’t using a 19-nor or another obvious contributor. Caber shouldn’t become the automatic answer to every elevated prolactin result.
Same with E2. The objective isn’t low estrogen. It’s enough estrogen for libido, erections, mood and joints without excessive estrogenic symptoms.
Stabilize one variable, retest, then act. Hormones reward patience much more than panic until you know enough to act by hearth Mate!
Expend a little now, you will save a ton of money later, just know your body enough
