Hello folks, im new here.
Im a 39 yrs old male with a good experience in lifting weights, skinny bastard but good strenght. Since about 6 months i started a powerlifting program cause i'd like to join some competition the next year. I had good results in improving my PR with many kilos added to my 1rm.
I'd like to have some advice for a good beginner stack to improve strenght and lean mass.

I was thinking to different options so please tell me which one could be better for my goals:

A) testo enant (8/10 wk) + anavaros ( 4/6 wk) + drostargos (8/10wk)

B) testo enant (12wk) + anavaros (4/6wk) + boldelad (12wk)

C) Same as A but adding Anadrol first 2 weeks as a kickstart

Give us more context about yourself. Not just your age, but how long have you been training, weight, height, bodyfat percentage, known health issues or bottlenecks,... as far as cycles go, I'd suggest you should run test longer, for 16-20 weeks, since it takes 4 weeks to saturate. EQ is even worse, it has a half life of 2 weeks and it needs 10 weeks to saturate.

Cool, thanks for your tips. About me i used to training for K1 (combat sport) i had a stop about four years ago for an injury and since then i started to lift weights but just for fun and keep a good shape. I'm 170cm height and weight 70kg with about 15-18% bf

I've used turinabol in my last cycle but It takes a lot to kick in and got me some stomach issue.
 
Since you're a powerlifter anadrol would be a great oral but if its your first oral I would recommend anavar but not as a kickstart.. if you know how you respond to masteron(drostanolone) then go with that along with test; I assume it's to control e2? And regarding eq if you don't have experience I would avoid it for now because it's hard to get the dosing right for e2 sweet spot since it messes with standard bloodwork e2 test and takes a long time to saturate..that being said if you have time and really want to run it then start low and get bloodwork done after 9-10 weeks if you have access to ultra sensitive LC-MS estrogen assay - to get precise reading of e1/estrone and e2/estradiol because if not then you'll have to go by feel

Thanks for your advice. I'm not new to orals, had turinabol and It worked well but took very long time to kick in.
Do you have experience with anadrol? I have read that it's very bad for the liver and can't use for long time.
Any suggestion of using?

No and I will add it to my winter cycle but my few of my clients and friends had great experience on it..it is bad for liver and usually it's used for 4 weeks max.. my friend used it 3 times per week sublingually and had great results pushing it to 6-7 weeks without much issues but he's an outlier (responds to air in a vial..lucky mf)..anyhow I always recommend go low and client used 25mg/d also sublingually before workout and did 4 weeks with no issues other than a little higher bp and rbc on top of the referance range at the end of cycle + a couple acnes here and there but other than that he was very happy with results (strength shot up drastically, lean gains and a little fat loss but his diet was immaculate so keep that in mind).

Are there doping tests at your competitions?

If not, then the powerlifters at our gym, including me. We had a basic cycle, but before the competition day we added testosterone propionate or suspension. I myself did not take large amounts, because my strength levels were good. But one of my friends did otherwise and injected 8 ml (800 mg) before the competition. On the day of the competition, before lifting, we took a halo-test tablet. It does help with performance, but you can easily damage yourself with the substance, because under its influence you do not understand how to stop the performance if you try to set a new record in the deadlift etc. My personal records: my weight: 98 kg, bench press 238 kg, squat 337 kg, deadlift 320 kg. I have been diagnosed with myotonia congenita. When training, it causes muscle hypertrophy and a significant increase in strength levels. Of course, it also causes many disadvantages.

Ei, ja lisään sen talvisykliini, mutta muutamilla asiakkaillani ja ystävilläni on siitä hyviä kokemuksia.. se on haitallista maksalle ja yleensä sitä käytetään korkeintaan 4 viikkoa.. ystäväni käytti sitä 3 kertaa viikossa kielen alle ja sai hyviä tuloksia, jopa 6-7 viikkoa ilman suurempia ongelmia, mutta hän on poikkeus (reagoi ilmaan pullossa.. onnekas mies).. joka tapauksessa suosittelen aina matalaa annosta, ja asiakas käytti myös 25 mg/vrk kielen alle ennen treeniä ja teki 4 viikkoa ilman ongelmia, paitsi hieman korkeampi verenpaine ja punasolut viitealueen yläpuolella syklin lopussa + pari aknea siellä täällä, mutta muuten hän oli erittäin tyytyväinen tuloksiin (voima kasvoi rajusti, lihasmassaa ja vähän rasvanpolttoa, mutta hänen ruokavalionsa oli moitteeton, joten pidä se mielessä).
Olisiko sdroll turvallisempi kuin anadrol? Sdrollin käytön aikana ei ole ongelmia nesteen kertymisen kanssa. Tietenkin se on myös myrkyllistä maksalle, mutta jos sitä käytetään enintään 4 viikkoa ja annokset ovat kohtuullisia

It might look like its safer but it worse on liver and lipids. Just because it's a dry compund doesn't mean it won't wreck havoc on the body..if you want to try sdrol but not adrol (don't know your history and experience but I'll write this for people that already have couple years under their belt) go for it but have your liver/lipids support in place and start low (people have results from just 5-10mg sdrol) because it's a strong compound and you can always add more.
