Woher können wir wissen das es kein fake ist. Vielleicht bekommen manche das richtige Produkt aber manche eben nicht. Wenn ich lese bei einigen ist nichts passiert aber bei anderen schon

There are not thousands of laboratories available for this either. In Europe, there are 3 (or 4 maybe) at most.

It is just mentioned the two most common and accessible and which are popular / recognized by the community. It is not an obligation, it is just an indication to help people.
