Or is it only gonna happen for few days ? Then gonna get better like constipation pb is fine now

And i also travelled in between i kept my reta in my pounch on cabin weather was not hot but i kept without ice on a 8 hour flight but then i injected it and still felt the thing do you think its damaged by now or not ?

Mate, doubling from 1 mg to 2 mg could explain the dizziness, especially if you're eating less than usual. dehydration, low electrolyte intake and a drop in blood pressure are all possibilities.
I'd focus on proper hydration, regular meals and getting enough sodium and electrolytes, especially if your appetite has dropped. check your BP when you're feeling dizzy to see what's actually happening.
I wouldn't push the 2 mg dose while you're having these symptoms. give your body time to settle and get the dizziness assessed before your next injection. if you're fainting or the dizziness is severe, seek medical attention.
Regarding the flight, 8 hours without ice doesn't automatically mean it's degraded. it most likely isn't💪

Constipation is one of the common gastrointestinal side effects. Reta can slow down GI motility and gastric emptying. Also, when appetite decreases, people often start eating less and getting less fiber and fluids — which can also contribute to constipation. So drinking more fluids is indeed helpful if constipation happens again.

Why did you switch to 2 mg? Did 1 mg stop providing enough appetite suppression?
