I’ve been using it for almost 4 weeks now and I am very surprised on how good it actually is.
I started with 300mgs and it manages my estradiol all by itself without using any other e2 lowering drug. My strength and pumps are getting better and better which is amazing.

I used one capsule each day with no break or pct, because tudca is one of the compounds you need in your stack to support your system and ensure long-term gut health. I tried to be off and immediately felt the difference that my gut wouldn't feel that well.
My appetite didnt changed at all, every morning i enjoy a big meal with cornflakes, sandwiches and 4 cooked eggs, tudca did not suppresses appetite like other compounds would. I always have a very well 7 to 8 hour deep sleep, since im using DSIP to get very well rested, since the progress in the gym only gets converted into lean muscle mass if youre giving your body enough rest and a good recovery, as well its very important for your organ health and longevity. My energy was way better since i didnt had a bad gut feeling, because tudca is very good in restoring gut health to a healthy point. My mood was way better since my overall well being was highly improved.
I definitely would say that my overall progress was better or even possible because i took tudca as a solid foundation for health. Many people skip the part of the baseline things which are important and without a strong foundation the best gear wont bring you any progress.
Visually nothing much changed but i would definitely say my gut was less bloated and i achieved a leaner, healthier look overall.
My overall Training of 4 days a week, monday chest and legs, tuesday triceps, bicep and back, friday shoulders and rare delts, saturday abs and forearms was smooth after adding tudca to my foundation.
