Training
I’m following a 4-day Torso/Limbs split, training four times per week. My current focus is on maintaining as much muscle mass and strength as possible while getting leaner.
Nutrition
At the moment, I’m sitting at 88 kg. Strength has remained stable despite being in a calorie deficit, recovery is good, and my physique continues to improve as conditioning increases. I’ll continue monitoring my progress and make adjustments to calories, cardio, and training as needed throughout prep.
