About me

I've been lifting weights for nearly twenty years. I started before the social media era and have followed the evolution of this community ever since.

At first, I didn't have a specific physique or performance goal. I simply love training, progressing and process, and seeing how far things can be pushed.

My "Let Motive": Understanding the Body ( with a holistic approach )

Over the years, I've become deeply interested in physiology, anatomy, and human morphology, trying to understanding how the body works and why it reacts a certain way, knowing that every body comes with its own set of constraints.

I can spend as much time thinking through a training plan as I do studying bloodwork, the pharmacology of a given steroid, staying current with the latest data, or figuring out how to adapt a given protocol to a specific person and their health parameters.

My POV on PEDs

For me, PEDs are simply a part of bodybuilding. They're additional tools to push further, in the same way training or nutrition are. I don't demonize them, but I also don't see them as a necessary or absolute answer to everything. It goes hand in hand with a goal, not a need.
They remain a cost to our health, whatever anyone says. It's essential to know what you're doing, what to expect from it, and what you're risking in return.

My Approach

I'm not a doctor, and don't claim to be an expert or always right. Just a big enthusiast with a brain that loves to learn and I make a point of staying factual and not spreading information I'm not confident is accurate.

I will share my own experience and what I've observed in others, along with what I've learned over the years to trying to draw a clear line between what's documented, what comes from practical/empirical experience, and what's ultimately just baseless popular belief.

To Wrap Up

I do this sport because I love it, It's part of my life but my life doesn't revolve around that. So no big real expectations beyond that, and without mental or physical pressure.

For any question, bloodwork to discuss, or topic worth debating, feel free to reach out me or who you want. Open a thread and don't be shy to ask. Always better to learn than to remain ignorant or stuck in an undesirable situation.
