i did my first ever cycle 400 test e and 200 primo. for 20 weeks and now i am asking myself if i should pct or trt untill the next cycle. i feel very good and look very good. i am scared that that will change after the pct. my next cacle would be in april so approximately 5 months... how likely is it for me to completely loose the ability to make kids when i do steroids for 5 years and then go to a good doctor and do a very good pct? what would you do. pct or trt?

first, decide whether you want to restore natural testosterone production during these five months or maintain exogenous testosterone through a cruise. PCT and TRT serve different purposes, so they aren't interchangeable. For April, i'd proceed with the test enanthate and primo combination you already know, possibly even slightly upping the doses up to 500 test and 300 primo. regarding fertility, prolonged testosterone use suppresses sperm production significantly. a properly managed PCT supports recovery of the HPTA and sperm production if interested.

If you're 22, TRT isn't the best option unless you're a professional bodybuilding athlete. But whatever you decide — TRT or cycling with PCT — use hCG throughout the entire cycle at 250 IU three times a week. During PCT, you shouldn't use hCG. Of course, a more reliable option would be to add HMG alongside HCG during the cycle, but it's expensive.

Is there a risk of becoming infertile? Yes, there is. Why? Because if you've never had a semen analysis, you don't actually know anything about your fertility status even now.

After years of steroid use, especially continuous use, fertility will decline. How temporary is this effect? In the vast majority of cases, fertility recovers, but sometimes it can take several years.

Can infertility be irreversible? Well, if you already have some issues right now that you don't know about, and you continue using steroids, those issues certainly won't disappear on their own. And if you later struggle to have children, you won't even know exactly why it happened.

I have a simple approach to help protect against this risk. I've already recommended it to another guy on the forum.
