Cycle duration: 18 weeks, goal: Fullness, Vascularity, and Shredz
Main compounds:
i will divide my days into 3 days which will vary based on what i train that day
Objectives:
(14/07/2025) i've added oxandrolone from the 12th to better reach my goals, i'll update with pics weekly to see how it is going...
1. Starting stats
- Age: 20
- Height: 180 cm
- Starting Weight: 87.5 kg
- BF: 12%
- Goal: shred fat and put mass
- PED Experience: Second cycle
2. PED Protocol
Total duration: 18 weeksMain compounds:
- Testosterone Enanthate: 125 mg twice per week
- Masteron Propionate: 50 mg five times per week
- oxandrolone: 30 mg a day 7x week (from week 10)
- Cardarine: 10 mg a day 7x week (from week 12)
- Switch to Testosterone Cypionate (same dosage)
- Add cardarine 10 mg a day
- DMAA or geranium extract: pre-workout
- Yohimbine HCL: fasted cardio only
- Arimidex: 0.5 mg every other day
- HCG: 500 IU twice per week
3. Training & nutrition
Training split:- Style: Arnold Split (i recently discovered it and i love it for volume)
- Frequency: 6 sessions/week
- Cardio: minimum 3x/week (mix of LISS/HIIT )
i will divide my days into 3 days which will vary based on what i train that day
- big muscle groups: 2800kcal 50% carbs 35% protein 15% fats
- small muscle groups: 2600kcal 45% carbs 40% protein 15% fats
- only cardio days: 2400kcal 35% carbs 45% protein 20% fats
- NAC: 600 mg/day
- Omega-3: 3 g/day
- Creatine blend (HCL, Pyruvate, Malate, Nitrate): 5 g/day
- Melatonin: 5 mg before bed
- Phenibut: 250 mg before bed
4. Target & Priorities
Target weight: 85/90kgObjectives:
- Improve fullness
- Maximize vascularity
- Enhance overall condition
- Acne
- Bloating
5. Monitoring & tracking
- Bloodwork: planned for Week 12
- Progress photos: as many times as i can per week
- Training log: workout sessions only no PRs, just tracking quality, volume, and feedback
