Total duration: 20 weeksMain compounds:
Testosterone Enanthate: 125 mg twice per week
Masteron Propionate: 50 mg every day
oxandrolone: 30 mg a day from 10th to 14th week then 40mg a day from 15th to 19th week
Cardarine: 10 mg a day 7x week (from week 12)
HCG: 500 IU twice per week
Training & nutrition
Training split:Style: Arnold split with FST-7 intensity method
Frequency: 6 workouts per week
Cardio: minimum 3x/week (fasted LISS)
Supplements (non-hormonal):
NAC: 600 mg/day
Omega 3: 3 g/day
Creatine blend (HCL, Pyruvate, Malate, Nitrate): 5 g/day
Melatonin: 5 mg before bed
