Hello folks and like minded people
After a lot of worries and held backs, i decided to give it a go and order for the first time ever.
Today my Primos arrived and i wanna get into the best summer shape for next year i've ever been
Started my TRT on Feb due to severe depression and energy issues, currently am at 200mg Test E injecting E3D + 250IU Weekly HCG (split into Monday / Wed / Fr).
Starting Stats
Im currently at 87kg with 178cm height .
tarting weight in Feb was 77kg so i put on around 10kg but surely a bit of fat as i ate up to 4200kcal daily.
Starting Plan
With blood markers coming in soon (most up to date) i have the following plan:
Workouts 4 x per week AB (A : Push Legs Pull Push | B: Pull Legs Push Pull)
Steady State Cardio 5 times x week (fasted, 30 min with 120 to 130 max HFR)
10k Steps minimum Daily
Calorie Intake 2700 / 2800. ~300g Carbs | ~200g Protein | 70g fats
Goal set
Visible Abs. This is by no means a heavy cut. I would expect this to be a controlled recomposition
Here comes Primos into play.
I will inject Primo together with my Test , will start at 100mg /weekly split into E3D as well.
Will monitor my E2 and SHBG accordingly, and if Primo drops my E2 too much, will bump up the Test to 250 or lower Primo.
Pictures will follow and i will do cronological Week by Week comparison pics and attach them here alongside bloodwork and everything that comes with it.
