I am writing to inquire about the status of my order, #798865, which I placed last Tuesday, May 26th.

So far, I have not received any tracking information or a shipping confirmation for my package. I have noticed that other customers who placed their orders on the exact same day (May 26th) have already received their deliveries.

Could you please look into why my order might be delayed, and let me know when I can expect to receive the tracking number?

I withdrew some of my points earlier. First I sent 510 points to my driada account and 20 min later another 200. The 200 were credited instantly but the 510 with the number 210 are still pending since

Is there a specific reason that amount takes so much longer than the 200?
