I dont work for Driada, however postal boxes might be an option. Me nor any of my friends have had issues while in the Schengen Area.

Just stay away from ordering from the UK for sure lol. They left the EU with a bitter taste in their mouths once they left the trading block.

Did you receive an email with payment received? If not, I would try to contact their support on the site where you made the order. You will get a faster reply and maybe also send some screenshots of the transaction details together with your question and order number. This way they can also check if you made a mistake or not.

I noticed that I didn’t receive the payment confirmation email, but on the website driadashop.to it shows as paid and the status is ‘packaging’.

Well if it says paid i think you should be good, but would still message support with order number and ask them if they could verify that they received the payment and everything is good with your order. Could just be its a bit delayed due to the high number of orders with the black friday sale also.

I'm having trouble making the payment. It won't let me, that is, I do everything correctly, but then when I try to connect the payment, it gets stuck! It won't ask me for payment, nor does it go to my bank's website! I have some items in my cart and the payment time is about to expire! What do I do?
