I've seen that most of this forum is centered around bodybuilding, so here comes the Powerlifting thread.
Share and discuss training plans, methods (conjugate, block periodization, 5/3/1 etc ), meet preps and whatever comes to mind.

I've been powerlifting for 10 years now, hit my first elite total and wilks (DOTS didn't exist then) 4 years after starting powerlifting, not taking gear back then. I started TRT in 2020 and did my first blast in 2022, and totalled elite 7 times (500+ wilks and DOTS) across 3 weight classes up to a 2k lbs total. Chasing 10x bw and 600 DOTS now.

I'll be happy to talk powerlifting with you guys and hear what you've achieved in this great sport.

Bro, what weight classes do you compete in? I’ve been into powerlifting for quite a long time too. I picked up a lot of injuries, and now I’m working with a coach to restore my body’s functionality. For now, I’m not benching or squatting, but I try to deadlift regularly. What are your best SBD numbers?

I wasn't taking that much. It was 300 test and 300 mast ew for the 2k, last weeks we used anadrol and var too.
For the 2k specifically I ran out of mast due to availability, so yeah. I think for PL gear isn't the biggest factor. I don't know anything about bodybuilding, but as you don't need to be as big as possible, the dosages can be more moderate.

I competed at -82,5 , -90 and -100.
My best numbers are S 350kg, B 220kg and D 350kg
If you have a lot of injuries, try to find a coach who understands how conjugate programming works, I personally think it's pretty versatile in terms of training around injuries and keeping one going.
