The starting dose for Tirzepatide is 2.5 mg, which you should maintain for 4 weeks. Then every 4 weeks you can increase the dose by 2.5 mg if the effect is lower than needed.
Tirzepatide usually comes as a powder (lyophilizate) in a vial. The vial indicates the total amount of the substance in mg, for example 5, 10, and so on. It is mixed with water, which is sometimes included.
The injections are done subcutaneously with insulin syringes, roughly as shown in the picture. You can buy the syringes at a pharmacy or, for example, on Amazon. How to measure the dose on the syringe will depend on the markings on it. Once you buy them, send a photo here and I’ll help you figure it out.
You can buy Tirzepatide from our partners at Driadashop by contacting their support here: https://driadashop.helpline.to/en-US/new-ticket. I recommend choosing the 10 mg vial, as it will be more economical. If you have any additional questions, I’ll be happy to answer them.
