Hi! Can anyone help me create a 3-day workout split for a beginner like me? I’m aiming for an athletic, Greek-god type of physique, so I don’t want to get too bulky or anything. I also really like supersets because they help me spend less time at the gym. I’d love to work towards a physique like this!

I’d also love some advice on what kind of diet I should follow, or what foods would be good to eat to help me achieve this physique. and how many kcals and protein is thanks in advance|

height: 178cm

weight: 70kg

age: 20

training for 7 months rn

Im really healthy no problems at all and i also have acces to a gym so i just need a quick good scheme

Hi,

I just replied to you in your other thread, but it would be great if you could post photos here of your physique before you started training and how you look now, as well as find a photo online of the kind of physique you’d like to achieve.

As for the split — you don’t need a split, you need full-body workouts. Three times a week is perfectly fine. Does your gym have enough equipment, or are there any limitations?

Yes, I’ll send you an example of the physique I want now. For the workouts, could you please give me normal, simple exercises, nothing where I need a whole setup? I think my gym has enough equipment. It’s a big gym.
