Sorry for the bad translation. I have some questions that I would like your answer to. I looked into the problem in September, but I have studied a lot since then and have become wiser, especially when it comes to steroids.

Is the artificial intelligence's story true that steroids work "almost" the same way as the first time I used them?

I will start walking and training in the gym when my pneumonia is completely cured and I have joint problems and my s-testo measured in the blood is 10, which is just at the lower limit that causes my problems. So I buy testosterone suspension, propionate, enanthate, npp and deca durabol and the necessary protective agents. The amount of testosterone for 6 months is 250-300mg, which I start with fast esters such as nadrolone. Suspension also on training days and because of my very hot wife :) After 6 months, my training gets harder and I will implement the program of a top bodybuilder in my country of residence, which he has done for me regularly. The goal now is to go safety first and therefore a little advice on nutrients. My training program includes, if I remember correctly, 6 gym workouts with work and 3 different types of programs, 45 minutes of exercise in the mornings and body maintenance every day, because in my life I have time and I have to be careful during the day so that I don't go out and play with other women like I did 1 time ago. The calorie counts were also done by the same professional, but I still take the help of a trainer when I can't train quietly and eat. I don't have a professional's opinion on steroids etc. Of course I know about them myself and have researched them a lot. The only downside is that the concentrations here are not always quite right, so for example, the test dosage has always gone by feeling, but now maybe that will change too, so the concentrations are more accurate. I will not use oral steroids, trenbolone anymore, I will also have blood tests for 3 months today. This is Myotonia congenita which makes the muscle grow quickly if all parts of the area are in order, but also that the set weight rises really high so that is its own problem that is one of the reasons why I want to use peptides and use it alongside others.

Testosterone will be blast and cruice method for at least 3 years. Nandrolone 12 weeks and then 12 weeks break. What after that I don't know exactly yet IGF-1 LR3 would seem interesting and also Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, DAC and also a few others because of their health benefits. My favorite anabolic cycle was before test, masteron, trenbolane, but I will no longer use the combination because of my wife. Dhb seems very interesting and I would like to try its effect. Apparently it does not cause the same hyper sexuality as tren and is it safer for the body? What substances besides testosterone are good with it for increasing lean mass? Then I would also like to know about growth hormone, since the information I have read and heard is so contradictory. Some claim that without it it is impossible to achieve stage condition in the heavyweight division and some say that it is not necessary and the benefits are minimal. I would hope; that I could get tips and advice from you on how to get into competition condition in a healthy way, because it has been so long since I have been dealing with nutrients and there are many new ones here too that were not there when I last trained.

Hi,

First of all, thanks for your detailed message. It's clear you're not approaching things the same way as before and that you're now thinking long-term, which is a very good thing.

To answer your questions simply:

Regarding the question, "Do steroids work the same way as the first time?"
Honestly: no, not really. The first cycles are almost always when the response is strongest, or at least when the effect is truly "wow." Over the years, the body adapts. This doesn't mean you can't progress anymore, but that gains become slower and require much more discipline in training, recovery, and diet. This is normal and well-documented.

Regarding your overall plan, there are quite a few positive points:

Relatively reasonable and conservative testosterone doses, no orals, no more tren, regular blood tests, and a focus on health.

This already puts you ahead of many people who "tinker" without proper monitoring.

As for nandrolone, the on/off cycle makes sense on paper, but keep in mind that over several years, it remains a significant and not essential drug. Even when well-managed, it's never neutral on the heart, blood parameters, etc. So, be cautious about the cumulative duration, especially given your history of joint and nerve problems.

Regarding DHB: We lack real human data. Everything we read about "fewer psychological effects than tren" or "safer" or "tren-like" is based primarily on user feedback. That doesn't mean it's false, but it's not proven either. Consider it as an unknown quantity or a personal experiment to see its effects, not as a miracle cure.

Regarding peptides and IGF-1:

GHRP/GHRH are good for recovery, sleep, and offer a slight improvement in tissue quality.
IGF-1 LR3 is effective, but not without risks. Use it sparingly, especially in long protocols.
Ultimately, from my point of view, nothing beats 4-10 IU of GH (dosage to be adjusted according to the context and level). It's not essential for building muscle. However, for recovery, lipolysis, and the visual appearance at the end of competition preparation, it clearly has its benefits. It's less effective for building muscle but helps maintain better body composition.

Ultimately, the most important thing in your case is probably no longer adding the next molecule, but really focusing on improving the basics:

Load management and progressive overload (even more so with myotonia), recovery, consistency, and the total duration of steroid exposure while maintaining optimal health.

You've clearly shifted from a "stronger, faster" approach to a "less, but longer" one. This is a healthy evolution. Keep going in this direction, keep things simple when possible (simple and well-structured approaches account for 98% of everything; exoticism and complications don't provide a miracle solution). In the long run, that's what makes the difference.

Good luck with your recovery after pneumonia, take the time to get back on track properly 💪
