Thread Update: Mid-Week Check-in (Lower Pt. 2 / The God-Mode Protocol)
What’s good, bros and sis. Dropping a quick mid-week update because yesterday’s session was fire.
If you aren't logging your phenomenal days along with your garbage days, you aren't doing this right.
Protocol Adjustments;
As we get deeper into this recomp, I’ve shifted the gears to really peel the onion and dry out. Here’s what the daily/weekly payload looks like right now:
Tren Ace: Bumped to 500mg/week (Because we aren't here to play games).
Anavaros: 50mg ED.
Stanos: 50mg ED.
Fat Loss/Endurance: 50mcg T3 + 10mg Cardarine ED.
Health: 20mg Telmisartan (Keeping that blood pressure in the safe zone so my heart doesn't explode).
Pre-Workout simplification:
Depending on the central nervous system fatigue, I’ve been playing with my stims. Yesterday was 50mg DMAA paired with about 160mg of caffeine (I float between 80-160mg).
The Workout: Lower Pt. 2 (Hamstring Focus)
Absolutely torched the hamstrings. Lying leg curls, stiff-leg deads, the whole nine yards. The pump from the Var/Winny combo is borderline painful in the best way possible. My hamstrings felt like steel cables ready to snap by the third exercise.
Here’s the wild part. Usually, 500mg of Tren makes me want to put my headphones on, scowl at the floor, and bite the head off anyone who looks at my rack. But yesterday? The synergy of the DMAA euphoria, the massive pumps, and the sheer god-complex of this stack had me riding a massive social high.
I was in the gym for a straight 3 hours. Crushed the workout, but spent a ton of time just talking shop with the regulars, hitting mandatory poses in the mirror with the boys, it felt incredible.
Even banged out a solid cardio session afterward just because I felt like it. The Cardarine is doing its job. "Cardio because why not" is a sentence I never thought I’d type while running half a gram of Tren, but here we are.
